What can I purchase?

Our store offers kitchen appliances, cookware, cooking tools, gadgets, and compatible accessories.

Is shipping free and how long will it take?

Checkout confirms whether an order qualifies for free shipping. Processing normally takes about 1–2 business days, then estimated delivery is 3–5 business days; these are not guaranteed dates.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Ask within 30 days after delivery for a mail return or exchange, including for a change of mind or wrong selection. A non-defective item must be new and unused with its original condition, packaging, tags, and accessories preserved. The free return label is included in the package and no restocking fee is charged.

What if the shipment is damaged or incorrect?

Send the order number, checkout email, description, and photos or video of the item and packaging. This also applies to defects and missing pieces.

When will an approved refund be processed?

We process it to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Bank posting time may be longer.
