Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective merchandise. A request must be made within 30 days after delivery, and eligible goods must be new, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or selecting the wrong item. Damage, defects, an incorrect shipment, missing pieces, or a material mismatch with the description can also be reported for resolution.

Start the process with the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. For damage, defects, wrong items, or missing parts, include photos or video of the product and packaging. Do not mail anything without authorization. Approved returns are sent by mail using the free return label included in the original package.

There is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on current inventory. After a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 days; the financial institution may need additional time to post it.
